My name is Dean Andrichuk, chef and part Owner of the Firehouse Grill. We’ve been open since 2007 and dealing with Albacore Tuna for quiet a while. I met with Colette and Merl close to a year ago. They brought in a loin of Tuna for me to sample. As you can imagine, I was quite impressed.
Dealing with local suppliers is beneficial on both ends. Telling staff and customers that we know who and where the Tuna comes from, is impressive. The quality of Tuna is sushi grade, which means they have done the proper steps to ensuring the fish is able to be eaten raw. I will continue to purchase their Tuna and encourage others to do so as well.
